How does the free 4-hour daily rental benefit work? Can I use it in any store location? What about during peak hours or holidays?
As an Elite Member, you receive one complimentary 4-hour standard bike rental every calendar day. This benefit is valid at all Unlimited Biking store locations worldwide, giving you flexibility wherever you travel. The rental can be redeemed during any operating hours, including weekends and holidays, so feel free to stop in for a ride at anytime!

How do I apply the friends & family discount?
When you bring guests, your Elite Membership automatically gives them 20% off their rental cost. Just mention your membership at checkout!

Do Elite Members get discounts or perks for cycling events?
Yes! Elite Members receive exclusive discounts, early registration access, and special offers for select partner events across the U.S. We’ll notify you by email and post updates the Unlimited Biking App.

What is the Cash Back / Rewards Program and how does it work?
As an Elite member, you earn 8% cashback (in store credit) on tours and rentals, and up to 30% off in the Unlimited Biking Shop. Your rewards accumulate automatically on your member account and can be redeemed toward future rentals, tours, or shop purchases.

Can I cancel or pause my Elite Membership?
At this time, the Elite Membership is sold on an annual basis. It does not pause mid-year, and cancellations generally do not result in a refund. For exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team.
