Which languages are available for your tours?

Our guides speak: English, German, Dutch, Spanish, and French. Let us know if your groups language is not listed here and we are happy to source guides especially for you.

What is the guide to guest ratio for tours?

Depending on the final group size, 1 guide per maximum 15 guests.

How do I know if my date is available?

Please reach out to us to check if it is available! You can call us at 212-749-4444.

What kind of bikes do you guys offer?

We offer hybrid bikes, road bikes, electric bikes, tandem bikes, and kid’s attachments (double trailers and tag-a-longs). For road bikes, we offer aluminum and carbon options.

How skilled do you need to be to join one of the bike tours?

Our bike tours are not strenuous! It’s generally a leisurely ride with plenty of stops for fun facts and pictures! As long as you know how to ride a bike, you should be able to do the tours. Please see here for bike tours.

What if I can't ride a bike at all?

Unlimited Biking offers walking tours through Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge! If you are concerned about your ability to ride a bike or just prefer to walk, this is a great alternative! Our walking tours leave from the same location (56 W 56th Street) and are perfect for less experienced riders. You still get wonderful information and a real insight into this historic park.

What if I have a New York Pass or Explorer Pass?

You can join our 2 hour guided bike tours or get bike rentals with the New York Pass and Explorer Pass! With the passes, you cannot make reservations for our bike tours. It is a first come, first serve basis. If you are concerned about getting a spot or want to ensure the tour is running, you can come into our stores as early as 9am to check in.  For rentals, we have plenty of bikes so just come on in!

 

 

 

Where should I ride a bike around?

New York has some of the best bike paths around. The Hudson River Parkway, Park and Brooklyn Bridge are some of the best places to ride around, with dedicated bike lanes! Pick up at any of our Unlimited Biking locations to begin your ride!

Can I pick up my bike from one location and return at another?

Yes you can! You can pick it up from one Unlimited Biking location and return it at another. Please let our staff know at the time of check-in that you will be returning in a different location!

What is included with my rental?

Helmets, bike bags, locks and illustrated maps!
