Bike Rental Information:
Please note all bikes must be booked in advance, simply click on the link below. There are different bike rental options pickup options as follows:
Saturday Pick Ups:
- 5:30AM-10AM: Super Sprint Transition Area – Foster Beach (5200 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago IL) For those who riding on Saturday.
- 2PM-6PM: Sprint & International Transition Area – DuSable Harbor 111 N Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60601 (For Sunday riders who want to pickup their bikes the day before, riders can check their bikes in the transition area after pickup)
Sunday Pick Ups:
- 4AM-8AM: Sprint & International Transition Area – DuSable Harbor 111 N Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60601. This is for Sunday riders who want to pickup their bikes on the day of their ride.
Drop off:
- Saturday: All bikes returned to Unlimited Biking team at UB Tent by 10:30 AM latest on the Finish line.
- Sunday: All bikes returned to Unlimited Biking team at UB Tent by 2:45 PM latest on the Finish line
Sunday participants are strongly encouraged to utilize the early bike check-in (Saturday, August 24, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.). Enter the Transition Area from the south end, near the corner of Monroe and Lake Shore Drive. Bikes only. No bags. Bike stickers must be applied to gain entry. Overnight security will be provided (no need to bring a bike lock).
NOTE: All our road bikes come with standard flat pedals. If you prefer specific pedals compatible with your cycling shoes, please bring them with you, and we can install them on your rental bike.

How does it work?
Disassemble your bike and ship it to our professional team of mechanics, who will rebuild and tune it to your specifications, deliver it directly to the event, and disassemble it again after the event for return shipping
Concierge Tune-Up Options
Basic Tune-Up
Our basic tune-up ensures all major systems of your bike are adjusted, safe, and functional—ideal after wear or storage when parts still have life but need adjustment—and includes gear, brake, and bearing adjustments, wheels trued laterally, and a full safety check.
Deluxe Tune-Up
Our deluxe tune-up prepares your bike for another year of daily use, recommended for frequent riders or when your drivetrain has started to wear out, including everything from a basic tune-up plus drivetrain and frame cleaning, wheels trued laterally and radially, and labor for part replacement. The Overhaul Tune-Up
Our most thorough service offering includes everything from the Deluxe tune-up, plus stripping the bike down to the frame with meticulous cleaning, re-lubrication, and prepping of all components, along with overhauling or replacing all bearings and replacing cables and housing, as well as any necessary frame alterations.
