Pick-Up and Drop - off Convenience

When you book a bicycle with Unlimited Biking for IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside, you have the option to pick up your bike near the transition area on Friday for the Mandatory bike check-in, at the end of race, drop it off with our on-site team there as well.

Free Helmets

As you may know, participation in the IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside requires that everyone must wear a helmet for the duration of the race. For your convenience, every one of our rentals comes with a Cannondale helmet at no additional charge.

Pedal Installment and Seat Adjustments

Our bikes come equipped with standard flat pedals to meet the needs of most riders. If you prefer your own pedals, we're happy to install them for you—just remember to bring them along when you pick up your bike.

Our on-site team is also available to assist with seat adjustments, ensuring your bike is comfortable and ready for the ride!

From swimming in the Oceanside harbor to biking through an activity military base, this unique course offers a once-in-a-lifetime race experience. Athletes will love the top-rated run course along the Pacific Ocean, ending at the famously festive finish line on The Strand!

All bikes must be booked in advance, simply click on the link below to reserve your bike.

Here are the bike rental information:

Bike Pick info: You can pick your bike from our team right at the IRONMAN Village during the athlete check-in period according to the race schedule. You must check your bike into the transition area before race day.
Bike Drop off: You can drop off your bike with our team back at the same location at the IRONMAN Village

During your bike rental pickup, we are happy to assist with height adjustments, pedal installation if needed, and provide you with a free helmet.

Important note: All our road bikes come with standard flat pedals. If you prefer specific pedals compatible with your cycling shoes, please bring them with you, and we can install them on your rental bike.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Your bike must arrive at our location no later than 10 days before your event day.
Clearly include your booking number on the outside of the package or inside the box.
Ensure your bike is well-packed and protected.
Ask your courier for extra packing material if needed to avoid damage.
A return shipping label is required for us to send your bike back. (Return shipping costs are not included in this package.)

What is the Cancellation Policy for Bike Rentals at this Event?

Bike Event Rental Cancellation Policy

Canceling a booking with Unlimited Biking can result in cancellation fees being applied by Unlimited Biking, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you MUST ONLY email to [email protected] to request the cancellation with your reservation details.

100% refund until 90 days before the event
50% refund until 60 days before the event
0% refund 30 days before the event

Official Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizers for any reason, you may request a 50% refund or a 100% credit back to your account. This option is available at any time leading up to the event and does not change the 100% refund policy available for those who cancel 90 days in advance.

You always have the option to use your credit with us in stores or towards next year’s rental.
