Dip your toes in the sand of some of the world’s most beautiful beaches before beginning your 2.4-mile Gulf swim around the Russell-Fields Pier. Speed through the beautiful Florida pines as you earn your personal best on this flat and fast course. Feel the electricity as you run along the Emerald Coast shoreline on Front Beach Road for your spectator-filled, 26.2-mile journey back to the Finish Line, surrounded by the energetic atmosphere of the numerous shops and restaurants of Pier Park.

All bikes must be booked in advance, simply click on the link below to reserve your bike.
Here are the bike rental information:
- Bike Pick info: You can pick your bike from our team right at the IRONMAN Village during the athlete check-in period according to the race schedule. You must check your bike into the transition area before race day.
- Bike Drop off: You can drop off your bike with our team back at the same location at the IRONMAN Village
During your bike rental pickup, we are happy to assist with height adjustments, pedal installation if needed, and provide you with a free helmet.
Important note: All our road bikes come with standard flat pedals. If you prefer specific pedals compatible with your cycling shoes, please bring them with you, and we can install them on your rental bike
Bike Shipping Concierge
Prefer to ride your own bike? Our Bike Shipping Concierge service makes it easy. Ship your bike to us, and our professional mechanics will assemble it and have it ready for you to pick up at the IRONMAN Village before your race day. After the ride, return it back to our team, we’ll then disassemble, pack, and ship it back to you. Shipping costs are not included.
