Sign up for our popular Bike and Boat package, which includes a bike ride to Mount Vernon, an afternoon of Mount Vernon activities, and a boat cruise to Washington DC with the Potomac Riverboat Company by Hornblower.
Discover Old Town Alexandria and cycle up to the home of first U.S President, George Washington and his estate at Mount Vernon. Lock up and leave your bike to explore the well kept gardens, stables and more. Admission to the mansion can be purchased on-site directly from Mount Vernon. Please see planned renovation for the Mansion. Later in the afternoon, leave your bike at Mount Vernon with our team, board the cruise to Washington DC to finish off your day.
The boat leaves from Mount Vernon at 1:30PM sharp and arrives arrives at Pier 4, 580 Water Street SW, Washington DC at 3PM.
We advise pickup of the bikes to be between 8:30AM-9:30AM.

What is considered a 'group'?
To receive special groups pricing a group is considered 15 guests or more. However, we are happy to welcome also small group sized for private adventures! Please see here for more group options.
What is the guide to guest ratio?
Depending on the final group size, 1 guide per maximum 15 guests.
Which languages are available for the tours?
Our guides speak: English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Let us know if your groups language is not listed here and we are happy to source guides especially for you.
How do I know if my date is available?

What are your COVID measurements?
What we do:
- Limit a maximum number of guests for set up at the same time
- Disinfection station in each store for riders, bikes, employees and equipment
- Employees are required to wear masks and gloves
- Disinfect bikes before and after each ride
- Keep a 6 feet distance
What we ask our guests to do:
- Wear masks or nose and mouth cover (recommended)
- Keep the needed distance to other riders in small groups
What kind of bikes do you guys offer?
We offer hybrid bikes, road bikes, electric bikes, tandem bikes, and kid’s attachments (baby seats, double trailers, tag-a-longs). For road bikes, we offer aluminum and carbon options.
How skilled do you need to be to join one of the bike tours?
Our bike tours are not strenuous! It’s generally a leisurely ride with plenty of stops for fun facts and pictures! As long as you know how to ride a bike, you should be able to do the tours.

What if I can't ride a bike at all?
Unlimited Biking offers walking tours through Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge! If you are concerned about your ability to ride a bike or just prefer to walk, this is a great alternative! Our walking tours leave from the same location (56 W 56th Street) and are perfect for less experienced riders. You still get wonderful information and a real insight into this historic park. We also offer pedicab rides! Pedicabs fit 2 to 3 people. With a pedicab tour, you can relax while our riders pedal for you on an hour long tour through heart of Central Park.
Where should I ride a bike around?
New York has some of the best bike paths around. The Hudson River Parkway, Park and Brooklyn Bridge are some of the best places to ride around, with dedicated bike lanes! Pick up at any of our Unlimited Biking locations to begin your ride!
Can I pick up my bike from one location and return at another?
Yes you can! You can pick it up from one Unlimited Biking location and return it at another. Please let our staff know at the time of check-in that you will be returning in a different location!
