How long can I rent a bike for?

Bike rentals are available for 2 hours, 4 hours, day, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week and monthly. For requests that are longer than monthly, please email [email protected]

How do I use my New York Pass or Explorer Pass?

With the Passes you can join our guided bike tours OR choose to explore with our bike rentals!

Reservations are recommended for expedited service. Please download the Unlimited Biking App to check in and make reservations beforehand for any available slots. Reservations will be available to book 7 days from your desired activity date.

Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Please show your pass at the ticket counter. Guests are welcome to come in as early as 8:30AM to schedule for the next available same-day tour. Once tours reach capacity, full-day bike rentals are available as an alternative.

All guests need to bring one government-issued photo ID and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.

If you are concerned about getting a spot or want to ensure the tour is running, you can come into our stores as early as 9am to check in.
For rentals, we have plenty of bikes available so just come on in ready to ride!
