The tour meets at Via dei Cimatori 9R, 50122 Florence. Please be advised that there is not great mobile phone reception in and around our office, so screenshots of the walking directions can be helpful
Capacity
Number of participants per tour guide is 14. Multiple tours may run at the same time.
Important information
- All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There may be a mix of eBikes and standard bikes on this tour.
- All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own (unless on attachments)
- Any child bikes or equipment must be requested. Child equipment like tag-a-longs cannot be attached to an eBike for safety
- Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets
- For eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 14 years old.
- All of our tours operate rain or shine
- Please provide one credit card and one government-issued ID to be retained as a deposit for the duration of the tour
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure.
Kids policy for Florence bike tour:
- Tag-along and trailers available (limited numbers) for muscular bikes only.
- Child seats available (limited number and for muscular bikes only): kids 6 months to 2 years old will use a front child seat; kids 3 or older and within 20kg of weight, will use a back child seat.
- E-bikes are not compatible to carry child seats.
