- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure.
- The tour typically returns to Paris between 5pm & 6pm, but guests are welcome to stay in Versailles longer if they wish.
- All of our tours operate rain or shine,
- Due to the nature of guide scheduling for private tours, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be done at least 7 days in advance of the activity start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to tour start time are not eligible for a refund/may be subject to cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability and fare difference may apply. Please contact [email protected] to make changes or cancel your reservation. Please note: If you have rescheduled your booking for a later date, we must receive your cancellation request 7 days before your original travel date. If you have rescheduled for an earlier date, the 7 day cancellation window applies to your new travel date.
