All private tours depart from our shop, which makes it easy for us to fit you and your group for bikes, and it allows for us to see a wide variety of sites given its central location. When you arrive, you will be greeted by your private guide who will have your bikes prepared and ready for your tour.

Meeting Point
Private tours meet at our Alexanderplatz shop, located at the base of the giant TV Tower (Fernsehturm). The address is Panoramastraße 1a, 10178 Berlin.
Important Information
- If your group is larger than 15 guests, please contact us at [email protected]
- All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There may be a mix of eBikes and standard bikes on this tour.
- All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own (unless on attachments)
- Any child bikes or equipment must be requested. Child equipment like tag-a-longs cannot be attached to an eBike for safety
- For eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 14 years old.
- All of our tours operate rain or shine
- A stop for lunch is included in this tour, but the cost of the meal is not. Please be sure to bring Euro cash or Maestro/EC card. Many establishments in Berlin do not accept credit cards.
- Please provide one credit card and one government-issued ID to be retained as a deposit for the duration of the tour
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure.
