Meeting Point
This tour meets at our office, located at 135 Mepham Street, London SE1 8SQ. If exiting Waterloo station, you can look for exit 2, then make a left out of the exit followed by your first left onto Mepham Street. You will then see our office across the street.
Imporant Information
Due to the nature of guide scheduling for private tours, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be done at least 7 days in advance of the activity start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to tour start time are not eligible for a refund/may be subject to cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability and fare difference may apply. Please note: If you have rescheduled your booking for a later date, we must receive your cancellation request 7 days before your original travel date. If you have rescheduled for an earlier date, the 7 day cancellation window applies to your new travel date.
