Free Helmets

As you may know, participation in the Bicycles Battling Cancer requires that everyone must wear a helmet for the duration of the ride. For your convenience, every one of our rentals comes with a Cannondale helmet at no additional charge.

Pick-Up and Drop - off Convenience

When booking a bicycle with Unlimited Biking for the Bicycles Battling Cancer riders will pick up their bikes at the start line and then drop-off with our on-site team at the finish line. No need to haul your rental to/from the ride!

Pedal Installment and Seat Adjustments

Our bikes come equipped with standard flat pedals to meet the needs of most riders. If you prefer your own pedals, we're happy to install them for you—just remember to bring them along when you pick up your bike.

Our on-site team is also available to assist with seat adjustments, ensuring your bike is comfortable and ready for the ride!

About

Bicycles Battling Cancer is a fully supported one-day bike ride in support of the American Cancer Society. Every year, we have hundreds of riders sign up and fundraise for our mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

Riders come together and partake in a scenic 30, 50, 70, or 100-mile ride through Central Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Riders of all levels are encouraged to join and can participate as an individual or as part of a team. After the ride, join the post-ride celebration with riders, their families and friends, and members of the community. We’ll have a robust celebration with music, food, activities, and a kid’s zone!

Bike Rental information:

All bikes must be reserved in advance, please click in the link below to book your bike.

Pick up your bike from the start line at YMCA Camp Lowe – 132 Ford Pond Inn Rd., Lancaster, MA 01523 and drop off at the same location after the ride. Bike pick-up time is as early as 5:30 am (Please be early to avoid the queue).

All bikes comes with free helmet rental as well. Please note, all our bikes comes with flat standard pedals, if you have your own specific pedal that work with your shoe, please bring it with you and we will install it. This pedal installation can only be done on road bikes.

Bike Shuttle information

For those who need help getting their bikes to the event start location from Boston/Cambridge area, we are providing a bike shuttle service from Cambridge to Lancaster and back. The round trip shuttle service is $79. Below is the full information:

First Shuttle Trip Saturday:
- Drop-off in Cambridge (we collect your bike): The day before the event, Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 438 Green St, Cambridge, MA 02139
- Bike Pickup for the ride: On the morning of the ride at YMCA Camp Lowe in Lancaster, MA – the event’s start location, as early as 5:30 AM , please be there early to avoid the line.
Second Shuttle Trip (Return) on SUNDAY:
- Bike Drop-off with UB Team: Drop off your bike after the ride with our team at the finish line, up until 4 PM.
- Rider Pickup in Cambridge: Sunday evening, between 6-8 PM, at 438 Green St, Cambridge, MA 02139.
