Pedal Installment and Seat Adjustments

Our bikes come equipped with standard flat pedals to meet the needs of most riders. If you prefer your own pedals, we're happy to install them for you—just remember to bring them along when you pick up your bike.

Our on-site team is also available to assist with seat adjustments, ensuring your bike is comfortable and ready for the ride!

Pick-Up and Drop Off Convenience

When booking a bicycle with Unlimited Biking for any cycling events, we offer you the option of pick-up and drop-off at the start and finish for your convenience. Riders pick-up their bikes at the start line and then drop-off with our on-site team at the Finish Line at the end of the race.

Complimentary Helmets

As you may know, participation in the cycling event requires that helmets with buckled chin straps must be worn at all times. For your convenience, every one of our rentals comes with a helmet at no additional charge.

The Dolphins Cancer Challenge has officially surpassed $100 million raised for cancer research in South Florida—a milestone made possible by this incredible community. Bike Rental information:

All bikes must be booked in advance, best is to book no later than Feb 20th for best availability, Here are the bike rental pickup options for this ride. Please arrive an hour before your scheduled ride start to pick up your rental.

Saturday Morning at the Hard Rock Stadium: Pickup your bike the morning of the ride near the Stadium start line. Please note there is another start line which is the university of Miami.
Saturday Morning at the University of Miami: Pickup your bike the morning of the ride near the University of Miami start line. This is the option for you if you are riding the Larry Csonka – 39 Mile route.

Bike Drop off: All bikes will be collected by our team near the finish line at the Hard Rock Stadium

During bike rental pickup, we are happy to assist with height adjustments, pedal installation on road bikes if needed, and provide you with a free helmet.

Note for Road Bikes Rentals: All our road bikes come with standard flat pedals. If you prefer specific pedals compatible with your cycling shoes, please bring them with you, and we can install them on your rental bike.

Bike Shipping Concierge

Prefer to ride your own bike? Our Bike Shipping Concierge service makes it easy. Ship your bike to us, and our professional mechanics will assemble it and have it ready for you to pick up at pick-up location. After the ride, return it to our team, we’ll then disassemble, pack, and ship it back to you. Shipping costs are not included.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Bike Rentals at this Event?

Bike Event Rental Cancellation Policy

Canceling a booking with Unlimited Biking can result in cancellation fees being applied by Unlimited Biking, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you MUST ONLY email to [email protected] to request the cancellation with your reservation details.

100% refund until 90 days before the event
50% refund until 60 days before the event
0% refund 30 days before the event

Official Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizers for any reason, you may request a 50% refund or a 100% credit back to your account. This option is available at any time leading up to the event and does not change the 100% refund policy available for those who cancel 90 days in advance.

You always have the option to use your credit with us in stores or towards next year’s rental.
